You don't need to tick every box — but a vendor pre-qualification flows faster when these documents are ready to share.
SSM certificate or equivalent business registration; sole proprietors welcome.
Relevant CIDB grade for the scope, plus any trade-specific licences (TNB AP, IWK, JKKP, etc.).
2 — 3 recent project references with photos, scope, and contract value where shareable.
Manpower count, equipment list, and the size of project you can comfortably staff and supply.
SOCSO, EPF, valid SHO/SSP certificates for site personnel, and insurance coverage.
Bank account details, GST/SST status, and last 2 years of audited accounts where available.
